1. Breathwork & Energy Work Consent
I understand that breathwork and energy work are holistic modalities intended for relaxation and personal growth. I acknowledge that these sessions are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or psychiatric treatment. I certify that I am in good health and have disclosed all relevant medical conditions to Gail before the start of the session.
2. Clinical Blood Analysis Disclosure
The clinical blood analysis provided by Healing with Gail is for nutritional and lifestyle educational purposes only. Results are intended to provide insights into metabolic balance and do not constitute a medical diagnosis. Clients are encouraged to consult with their primary healthcare physician for any medical concerns or before making significant changes to their health regimen.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Healing with Gail requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit. We value our session time and aim to provide optimal availability for all clients.
4. Confidentiality & Record Keeping
All client information, session notes, and analysis results are strictly confidential. We maintain secure digital records in compliance with professional privacy standards. Information will not be shared with third parties without express written consent, except where required by law.
